Alleviate Tax operates independently, and you may receive direct communication or paperwork from their team. Your case status and results may be delivered by either TaxShield Inc. or Alleviate.
6. Fees and Payment Terms
You will receive a written service agreement outlining applicable fees, payment plans, and service terms. Fees vary based on the complexity of the tax issue and are disclosed prior to service.
You are responsible for:
Reviewing the agreement in full
Making timely payments under the terms specified
Understanding that third-party financing (if used) is subject to the lender’s terms
Failure to make payments may result in suspension or cancellation of services.
7. No Guarantee of Outcome
TaxShield Inc. makes no guarantees regarding the results of your case. While we work diligently to achieve the best possible resolution, actual outcomes depend on IRS discretion, your individual financial situation, and documentation provided.
